Census Profiles -- Alternative Site

Because of the government shutdown since October 2, 2013, the Census and other government websites are unavailable.  The sites below mirror some of the Census data.  They may not be as detailed and do not offer a mapping feature, but they allow a welcome access to valuable demographics.

MCDC American Community Survey Profiles
Independent mirror of the most frequently requested Census tables.  Included nation, all states, and smaller geographies.  From the Missouri Census Data Center.
