Strategy:  Use scholarly articles for details that shape your policy.

Scholarly articles can be primary or secondary.  A primary research article is one where the authors are the people who did the research study.  By contrast, a secondary article is where the author summarizes a research study done by someone else.

Tips:

    • plastics and recycling and markets
    • Plastics and (consumption or reduction)
    • plastic pollution
  • Primary research is scholarly.  Limit to Full text and Peer Reviewed to eliminate obvious non-scholarly material.
